A search like this is a great starting point. Here’s how I’d use it if I were looking for myself.
Search by micro-market

Save it and let it work
Once your filters feel right, save the search. Good homes here can go quickly, and saving your search prompts a quick sign-up, then sends you email alerts as soon as new listings match.
Look past the photos
Listing photos won’t tell you about fog, road noise, drainage, or what a remodel would really take. When something catches your eye, call me and I’ll tell you what I know about it.
What this search can’t show you.
Some of the best homes on the Monterey Peninsula never hit a public map, or only show up briefly. Here’s where they are and how to get in front of them.

I’ve been involved in nearly 1,000 transactions on the Monterey Peninsula, and the homes that turn out best are rarely the ones with the best photos. They’re the ones where someone asked the right questions early, about the street, the permits, the water, and what the seller really needs.
